The room was way bigger than I thought! Clean, quiet, and even had a full size couch. The breakfast was decent enough to hold us over for the day.

A bit pricey, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

A poolside retreat worth remembering

The evenings by the pool were the highlight, with Monty welcoming us with local tips and keeping the atmosphere cheerful.

However, our room was quite the disappointment. it did not match the advertised photos, and we found cleanliness issues that made us uncomfortable.

This place suits me perfectly, offering Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find a car service on my first visit! I’m coming back for a holiday.

The room had potential but fell short in cleanliness. It looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. I spotted long hair in the bathroom and dirt on the floor. The towels were also wet and needed replacing but the staff didn't come to check on us during our stay. The location near downtown was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The price was decent too, which was a plus considering the circumstances. The bed felt a bit lumpy, which made getting a good night's sleep a challenge. Overall, I felt uncomfortable with the state of the room but appreciated the hotel's proximity to the attractions.

Had a nice one-night stay before an early flight. The friendly night clerk made check-in a breeze. Room was mostly clean and had some updates, but there were stains on the towels. The bed could've been better – kinda lumpy. Still, the A/C drowned out highway noise, which was a plus!

My wife and I stayed for a night while attending an event at Fort Sam Houston. The King Room we booked was quite comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure.
